Acupuncture and Acupuncturist More Info
Acupuncture developed in many forms including Chinese, Japanese, electro stimulated, laser and medical. Medical acupuncture is non meridian taking an approach similar to trigger point therapy. If you don't like needles you may prefer the Japanese style of acupuncture as the needles are finer or try laser as there is no needles at all. Acupuncture varies with the practitioner with some putting the needles lightly into the skin with others using a deeper approach and twisting the needles for extra stimulation.

Albury Visitor Information Visit Website | More Info
It is hard to think of Albury on its own which is why the region is nearly always described as Albury-Wodonga. This thriving region divides the cities and states with the Murray River. Albury is a beautiful town with shady tree lined streets and many heritage buildings. The city offers medium sized shopping centres with all the major stores as plenty of street shopping. The abundance of quality restaurants and cafes is impressive and very enjoyable.

This month we ask are natural therapies being run by the healthfunds?

The general public have gone mad in a rush to get cover for natural therapies including many massage therapies but
do they get the value out of it.  Even in the day spa industry more and more clients are pressuring owners to give health
fund receipts for packages that are far from health treatments but more in the indulgence field.
I myself take the attitude that I would rather pay full price for services when I need them than rely on
medical insurance to go as often as it allows.  Overall I think I am in front financially and it gives me a
greater flexabilty to choose my practitioner and type of therapy.
